5. Return Shipping Costs
| Return Reason | Return Shipping Responsibility |
|---|---|
| Customer changed mind, ordered wrong size, wrong color selected, or no longer wants the item | Customer is responsible for return shipping costs |
| Item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or materially different from the product description | We will review the evidence and may provide a replacement, refund, or return shipping solution |
| Package refused, unclaimed, or undeliverable due to incorrect customer information | Original shipping and return-related costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted |
6. Refund Conditions
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval, but the actual posting time may depend on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in the following situations:
- The item is returned with missing tags, accessories, packaging, or parts.
- The item shows minor signs of handling, damage, stains, odor, or use that reduce resale value.
- The return is approved as an exception outside the normal return conditions.
- Only part of an order is returned.
- Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, insurance fees, or customs-related charges are non-refundable where applicable.
8. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for size or color when stock is available. If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund or store credit where permitted and agreed. Customers may be responsible for shipping costs for exchange requests caused by customer preference or incorrect size selection.
9. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation by contacting [email protected] as soon as possible after placing the order. We will try to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed, packed, customized, or shipped.

Sizing & Fit
All garments follow standard US sizing (S, M, L, XL, XXL; extended sizing is available on selected styles). Please refer to the Size Guide on our Made-to-Order Policy page and measure yourself carefully before ordering. Because every item is made to order, we are unable to accept returns where an incorrect size was selected; however, if the item you receive does not match the size you ordered, we will replace it or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
