Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays, promotional periods, high-volume periods, payment review, inventory checks, or where additional verification is required.
Made-to-order, personalized, or custom items may require additional production time. Any special production or preparation time should be checked on the product page before ordering.
2. Shipping Methods
Orders may be shipped through third-party logistics providers, postal services, or commercial carriers depending on destination, route, product type, and local availability. The available shipping method and shipping cost will be shown at checkout before payment.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
| Destination | Estimated Transit Time After Processing |
|---|---|
| United Kingdom | 5–10 business days |

| European destinations where shipping is available | 7–15 business days |

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific guaranteed service is clearly offered at checkout.
4. Shipping Fees and Freight Charge Standards
Shipping fees are displayed at checkout before payment and may vary depending on destination, order value, product type, package weight, shipping method, and promotional conditions.

| Standard Shipping | The standard shipping fee is calculated and displayed at checkout before payment. |
| Expedited or Special Shipping | If available, additional fees may apply and will be displayed before payment. |
| Free Shipping | Free shipping applies only when clearly displayed on the product page, cart page, checkout page, or promotion banner. |

5. Free Shipping Policy
Free shipping is not automatically available for every order. If a free shipping promotion is active, the conditions will be shown clearly, including any minimum order amount, eligible destination, eligible product category, valid dates, and exclusions. If no free shipping message is displayed at checkout, the shipping fee shown at checkout applies.
6. Shipping Destinations and Restrictions
We ship only to destinations available at checkout. We may be unable to ship to certain countries, regions, remote locations, freight forwarding addresses, PO boxes, military addresses, sanctioned jurisdictions, or locations affected by carrier restrictions, customs restrictions, legal restrictions, or logistics disruptions.
If we cannot ship to your address after an order is placed, we may contact you for an alternative address or cancel and refund the order.
7. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address, including recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, postal code, country, and contact information. We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
8. Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be sent by email or displayed in your order information. Tracking updates may take several business days to appear after the parcel is handed to the carrier.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Returned Packages
If your package is delayed, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address, failed delivery, refusal, unpaid customs charges, or unclaimed parcel, additional shipping fees may apply before reshipment. Refunds may exclude original shipping costs and carrier-related charges where permitted.
10. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, package, shipping label, and order number. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution where applicable.
